A number of incidents took place at our April 2025 meet, which caused the local authorities to be called twice. In consultation, our venue and the authorities wanted changes to the admissions process. This means that we must now require all attendees to have a ticket to gain entry to the venue.
It is important that everyone attending our events helps ensure everything runs smoothly, and we maintain a positive relationship with the venue and the local authorities.

No. Only one ticket will be issued per person. Your friends must book a ticket themselves.
In addition to ticketing, the venue will be increasing security and providing wristbands to those with valid tickets. This will allow re-entry into the venue if you decide to leave.
No alcohol will be permitted past the ramp or gates, within a 20-metre radius. Drinking alcohol outside the venue area is strictly prohibited, and anyone caught doing so will be banned from future events.
If your ticket was not cancelled, we may, at our discretion, not grant you tickets in the future. Repeat offenders will be banned.
You won’t be allowed into the venue. There may be exceptional circumstances, where we can allow non-ticket holders into the venue, but this is at the discretion of LF staff or venue management.
To cancel your ticket, you can do so via our partner website, Ticket Tailor or you can contact us directly.
